From the January visitors. This is one of the female Bluebirds. I'm hoping for a more in-season return. This is the same bird as the one in my photo "Scorn" below before she turned around.Eastern Bluebird (female)

This series is really extraordinary! I thoroughly enjoy the diluted palette. It's really a shame so much bird photography seems centered around the males, because the females can be just as striking!
