This drawing is from 1983 and was done for an architectural rendering class at Texas A & M. It is still some of the best architectural drawing I have ever done.Related content

The attention to detail is incredible!
I definitely appreciate the partial texture you did for the tree; the gradient near the leaves gives a sense of scattering leaves, but the absence of the main body of leaves itself will definitely allow for time investment elsewhere, like those brick textures.
I have to ask though, on the corner where the two buildings converge and the shadow becomes almost pitch black, how did you manage to make that smooth gradient with only individual lines? I've been trying to emulate that effect but to no avail! lol
