Techniques:

-Accelerated Vision: Able to view the world from a slower time frame and make more calculated movements with time to spare. (Note: Comes with a risk of mental strain)

-Mach Break: When this ability is triggered, Bullet gets a speed boost that lets him go up to 3 times his normal max speed. But the longer Mach Break is used for, the more strain is put on Nathan's body. Only use sparingly.

-Cyclone Effect: By generating intense speed in a circular motion, Bullet can create a wind vortex to use in battle. This ability has two advantages. First, to attack and blow away decent weighing opponents. Second, for maneuverability to dodge attacks or even propel himself when his legs are too injured for running.

Bio: Born with a unique trait of speed, Nathan has always seen himself as above those around him. He has become so accustomed to his abilities that he has found a way to normalize this ability to a point where he no longer cares about where his speed came from or why it appeared at all. At first, all the young man cared for was honing this ability and improving upon it, trying to go faster everyday. But with the teachings of his mother Olivia Smith (deceased), and with the encounter of other humans with super powers, Nathan now prides himself on stopping all those who would pose a threat to him or his friends, now fighting under a mask and a name, "Bullet", believing himself to be as fast as a human bullet.

This is a character created by myself and The-Elusive-Caravan for an original work of fiction I have been working on in spare time. I will be working on as much as I can, and update the character bio as the story progresses. I hope you guys like it.

1/19/18 Update: Got an updated version from the artist, different background shading. Didn't think much of it at first, but when I uploaded for Midnight who had a similar style I figured "why not?"
