Description: SCP-1954 is a massive Keter class organism that was originally discovered in the same year as its designation. Scientists discovered the creature in the Marshall Islands after locals reported it terrorizing villages and shipping vessels. It is hypothesized that the entity was originally an animal native to the island chain but constant atomic bombing testing not only mutated the animal but radiation poisoning ended its life but supercharged its cells to become supercells and sentient. Military engagements with the massive organism have only fueled its rage and hatred toward those that attack it. Surprisingly, despite the creature’s aggressive demeanor, several SCP staff members , with specialized protective equipment, have gotten close to the entity without provoking it; allowing for research and studies to be conducted on 1954.

Analysis: SCP is a sentient multi-cellular organism composed of the radioactive remains of a massive animal dubbed “Gorjira” by local inhabitants of the Marshall Islands. SCP 1954 stands roughly 30 stories tall and is estimated to weight 90,000 tons. The creature’s outward appearance is without protective skin; giving it a more flesh like look, with some bones extending as well outside its flesh. Due to previous military engagements with the creature, the monster is easily angered and defensive. Its limbs can regenerate due to its supercells; rendering any physical injury healed almost immediately. However, when not in a provoked state, 1954 is calm and will allow individuals to get close (with protective gear and equipment due to radioactivity) and interact with it. However, Keter class has been assigned to 1954 due to multiple reports of aggression and due to the organism’s massive size, containment procedures have confined it to the Marshall Islands; the place of its birth.
