This drawing, I hate it. Another!! *smash*Wait, wut? o__o
But seriously. This is the longest I've taken on anything. My brain is fried. Half the things I wanted in it aren't there. It just looks crappy. Just...just take it! HERE!! *slams it down* I don't want to look at it anymore! *sob* ;_;
Anyway. Scene situation: Tony and Steve are chatting, leaning against the table. Pepper is off chatting with someone else. Steve is holding his birthday gift from Nick Fury: Phil Coulson's Cap cards. He smiles down at them, remembering his friend and biggest fan.
Tony calls over to Pepper and says, "Hey Pepper, I found a lampshade over here! Let's make some memories!"
*shrug*
(Natasha was gonna be in it across from Pepper laughing at Tony's suggestion... ;_; )

I was only pointing out the irony in the sense of Tony Stark's morals colliding with yours.
I know that it has nothing to do with that picture, but that does not change the fact that you made this image despite the fact that Tony Stark's morals contrast yours. Therefore, the irony is still there, even though said irony was not the intention.

You said you're unhappy with the result, but I think this looks fantastic. I like how Pepper's in the foreground yet you know the main characters are Tony and Steve. I also like the varied poses. Aaaand, I like that lamp in the background. XD

Haha, yeah. I got the idea from a lamp I found on Google Images. I changed it a bit, but I like how it turned out too. XD
As I said to someone else, I guess I should concentrate more on what I got right and what turned out good, rather than what got left out or didn't end up how I wanted.

With me, I could have gone thinner. But this is the first time I've done line art on the computer with the intention of coloring it, so it was a learning mistake, I s'pose. As you can probably see, the lines on Steve's face are thinner.

I understand fully... When anyone works on any art, they see all the mistakes, all the things that could be improved on if they had the skills, all the very technical stuff that other people don't see unless they look for it.
I know this from experience... If I don't like something in on of my animations, it's very hard to fix if I've already started the animation... If I see a mistake... there are ten, maybe even 50+ other pictures with that same mistake.
