Description
Materials:Sculpey III polymer clay
Store-bought beads
Rub N' Buff gold paint (which was a mistake)
Acrylic gloss spraypaint
Superglue
This was a birthday gift for my little sister. There are probably better ways to make it than with clay...and Rub N' Buff doesn't work well on clay at all...and next time I use clay I'm gonna sand it down after baking but before painting it, because I can see my fingerprints. >_> Also, I forgot to put holes in the right pieces, so I ended up having to use superglue. Which breaks when dropped. Apparently. >_<
It took a lot of work and was certainly a learning experience, but I guess in the end it doesn't look too bad.
Thanks to everyone who faves this!! I don't have time to thank each of you individually, but I assure you I appreciate it very much!

That looks so good! I'm going to try and make a Zelda cosplay for next year, but I'm thinking of trying some kind of thermoplastic for the gold details.

Thanks a lot!
I would not recommend using the same materials as I did though, especially if you plan on actually wearing it. My sister didn't have it on for 10 minutes before it broke! XD I fixed it though. Hopefully she'll be more careful next time.
I might make another one using something lighter and more durable than clay.

It is! I see a lot of TP Zelda's crown here on dA, but not much of OoT Zelda's.
Thanks again.

I admit that I've never played the older games. Ocarina is the first one I played, then played all the console games that came after. I'm not a big fan of 2D or handheld games in general. >.> I've seen pictures from some that looked nice though. ^_^

Nice. My brothers have played most of them, so I'm at least familiar with them.
