BEFORE ALL OF YOU ASK WHERE THIS IS GOING OR HAS BEEN, I DID NOT COME UP WITH THIS SCRIPT OR DIALOGUE.Same with Scorpion Dance, alright? You guys really need to read the artists comments :I
Anyways, this is another assignment for my Visual Storytelling 1 class. I was paired with somebody in the Comic Book Scripting class and had to draw two pages from their four page script.

how long does it usually take you do to something like this? And do all those pencil shadings ever kill your hand? J-just wondering, if you don't mind me asking ;w;
I'm also amazed how clean everything looks...I'm so used to pencil smears, haha.

Uuuuh, I'd say like three or four hours per page, depending on how committed I am to finishing it (and how often I get up to procrastinate and do something else :I)
This didn't hurt my hand because it was only two pages, but Scorpion Dance killed me because I did it in a night. If you're worried about that happening, take a little break every 20 or 30 minutes and do some hand exercises or just give them a moment to rest.

There's something so classic cartoon about panel 10 which I love! I think it's partly the mix of sadism and... goofiness (couldn't think of a better word...)
