I was lucky and found an European tree frog sitting on a stonecrop in my garden.

The photo is very crisp & delicate, drawing the viewer into the subject with a great use of focus.

Fortunately my model was super-relaxed. When I found her/him I was busy pulling up some weeds. I immediately dropped the weeding gear and ran off to get my camera. After sneaking up on the little green one (surprisingly it was still there!) I was allowed to take some shots until she/he decided it was enough and just jumped off.

The calmness of the frog shows how the photographer hunted cleverly!
The silence remains in the colors, the air the background gives calms one. At the same time it makes you curious about the afterframe. The lack of this photo is the lack of other emotions. It's stuck with the focal point. The unaware look in its eye, and his siesta time. Aditional usage of the background with a different camera view would fill this blank. But that would be luxury. Congrats to the photographer! Color match joys eyes and it makes the critiques disappear! Good timing and good shot!
