Range of textures is mouth watering - from droplets to smooth, wrinkled, etc. Some of it reminds me of plaster of paris, and other of oil, paint etc.

Those two hands can't belong to the same person... One seems much too delicate and feminine and the other very large and masculine. Is this intentional? If it is, I think it's incredible. It really gave me pause.

it really shows all the creases cracks and crevices on otherwise flawless skin...
the touch of pink lip brings this to life...

The texture makes one feel one's own skin cracking. Also: the slight pink on the edge of the lips is a good effect as well. ^_^ *loves for the yous*

anyone can do the makeup, the pose, the shot, technically impressive as they are.

Interesting, but i cant tell whether whatever you have on your skin is just edited in....or it's actual makeup.
Maybe that's your intent.

Dont know if Im taking it the wrong way, but this is aging correct? I guess it doesnt matter if Im right or not. But whatever, at least I get something from it. lol.
I think its not just a feeling of getting old, but maybe having layers of a self caked on from years and years of living life. I feel like this person is trying to get to their younger years...peeling off the years and trying to get to something in their past...to relive it perhaps?
Anyway, long comment. Sorry. This is a really beautiful image. My favorite Ive seen on dA in a while actually I think.
