Similar to Tempar, I wanted to expand on the cultures of Ben's aliens. SO I ended up coming up with a God for the Kinecelerans

He is a god of the Sky, Storms, Speed, and Motion. He runs on lightning and the strong winds on Kinet are a result of his speed. Tornadoes and Thunderstorms are his doing. Lightning Bolts are believed to be his own doing brining judgement down on mortals. Kinecelerans gained their great speed through natural selection and many believe that only those who live fast and free are given the god's blessing to live. He is an impatient and judgmental deity and shall not hesitate to rend judgement upon you should your motion ever falter.

This may not be a one-to-one depiction of how he'd actually look like. There are large species of birds on Kinet that can affect the storms that would be confused for gods, which then get Kineceleran traits mixed into them in old art. Much like humans associate animals with gods these birds are associated with their god, believing them to be divine avatars. Giant feathers of these beasts can be found on the planet surface, and many believed these were incomplete lightning bolts and many old high class Kinecelerans incorporated them into clothing as a status symbol. These feathers contain great electrical power and can even increase a Kinecelran's speed, but many who have tried this have yielded disastrous results. Did they achieve speeds so great they transcend the mortal realm to join their god? Did they go back in time? Was the speed to great for them and they atomized? Was said atomization due to mortals not ready to handle a god's power or their god's direct action for a mortal daring to step into his territory of speed? Many itnerpretations exist.

I based his design off of the idea of Velociraptors having feathers and with how birds can be associated with storms/air. The foot balls are more energy based since he is running on lightning, or at least that would be how he is depicted in Kineceleran mythology.
