The Sinitrix's demonic counterpart of Diamondhead.I went for a Crystal Golem-type look for this one. Some inspiration was from Rubilax from Wakfu (It's only two seasons, it' on Netflix, go watch it it's awesome).
Unlike the original, this form has been given upgrades by feeding the Sinitrix Taydenite. This means that Crystax's body is much more durable than normal Petrosapiens.
Edit: New name from CupidComet77 (U rock bro) instead of Crystax

that is the whole point of the Sinitrix, to have more powerful aliens powered up with demon magic.

These aliens are supposed to be like demons from Hell, I get that.
I also get, as you pointed out, that the names you gave them are terrible.
Fortunately, I have a solution: if they're going to be demon aliens, give them demon names.
Take "Crystax" here.
It is made of pure rock, and looks like a diamond.
Diamonds are very valuable, thus they are very expensive, and stolen quite often.
In fact, there are certain tribes in Africa forced to mine diamonds.
And why am I bringing up slave labor in Africa?
One word: greed.
Now, in Christianity, Hell isn't ruled by just one devil, but seven, one for each deadly sin.
The devil of greed is called Mammon.
So, we have a rock demon who can in a sense represent greed, which is ruled my Mammon.
Put those together, and you have my suggestion for this Demalien's (demon alien) name: Mammonite.

The Greed thing also makes sense. I said that this form was made out of Taydenite due to enhancements, and Taydenite is not just the most durable mineral in the Ben 10 Universe, but also the most valuable.
You also gave me an idea for Demon Stinkfly's name.
