Just my way of showing my version of the ninja transformation in Randy Cunningham 9th Grade NinjaWhat happens in order (left to right-top to bottom.
Frame One: Randy grabs Ninja bands of Ninja Headband (my special version of the Ninja mask......coming soon).
Frame Two: Pulls strands and translucent Ninja 9 pulses.
Frame Three: Crouches down with arms crossed while ring of fire forms around him.
Frame Four: Leaps Up with Ninja bands appearing, ring of ninja 9s appear. Ring of fire begins to wrap around him.
Frame Five: Ninja Bands wrap around limbs (just using arm as an example).
Frame Six: Fire continues going up body to arms (rage mode).
In case you guys couldn't pick this up, I'm combining the original Ninja Transformation and the one from Evil Spirit Week with all the flames and stuff.

How about when the mask forms his eyes are on fire for a second?
And, when it finishes, a tengu made of fire briefly appears behind him, extending his wings and screeching?

As soon as I can come up with more ways to make the transformation cooler.

The Transformation of Randy Cunningham looks similar to transformation of Manny Rivera where he spins his mystical belt buckle, green flames start to appear and voice of a big cat start as well as he transforms into the brave and powerful tiger -themed superhero El Tigre, and is also similar to transformation Danny Phantom when he shouts "Goin' Ghost", before two white rings intersect his body.

Those transformations are too simple.
Danny: two rings, wow so amazing *sarcasticlly*
El Tigre: one ring of green fire, not much.
