Just a couple of things might need to adjusted.
-Round off/curve the lines for her knees, so they're less blocky.
-Nose/snout should stick out a little more.
-Her eyes should have eyelids, and her eyes a smaller iris(here's a good reference pic: images2.fanpop.com/image/photo…

The thing about Minerva Mink that urks me is that she was never drawn the way she was drawn in some of the early model sheets like this www.minervaminkspondsidehaven.… instead of like this www.minervaminkspondsidehaven.…
I'm always trying to find that balance between canon and my preferences. You are correct on your suggestions and I'll try to make her nose a bit longer but making her face look like Quagmire's face without the chin exactly like the show and her later model sheets is where I put my foot down. The line on her chest that resembles cleavage looks out of place.
Aside from that, it looks good.
