In Photoshop go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Pattern. Click OK. When you get to Pattern Fill click the down arrow on the right side of the pattern (to choose your pattern) and then click on the small down arrow beside "the flower" to open navigation bar. Then go to Load Patterns and choose the pattern you want to load. Hope this helps! Sorry for the late reply.
