my idea was that Chromedome and Rewind were alive during the primes rule and Rewind dies (I haven’t figured out why or how yet) and Chromedome winds up kidnapping people who knew Rewind well and at first tried and failed at diving into people’s memories to try and resurrect Rewind and after that failed he when on a illegal diving rampage and killed people in their minds and at some point ol Johnny law catches up with him and has him burned alive for his crimes... Only to be resurrected himself when two prime clones time traveled and inhabits a certain Happy Bois mind and the rest I’ll reveal whenever we role play next.

(Just for funsies I’ve been thinking about drawing some Pre-Reboot IDW nextgen characters since that’s basically what I do here for a living, here’s my ideas.
Eclipsa: Megatron and Starscream’s daughter, she was an opsie baby and was sent away during the war because of it. Similar to her TFP incarnation she’s basically a female Megatron as a seeker with Starscream’s colours.
Unnamed Windscream son: he was one of the first sparklings to be born after the Unicron Crisis and never met his father, he’s timid, sweet and determined but also somewhat cocky and full of himself. The names I have in mind are either Comet or Swiftbreeze
Unnamed ChromiaxWindblade daughter: I don’t have much on her yet, but the name I have in mind is Pyrite.
Theaxca/Thorax: Elita one and Airachnid’s child. Practically a perfect mix of his parents but is a terrible driver. Also Theaxca/Thorax is gender fluid but mostly identifies as a male.
Unnamed ArceexAileron daughter: feisty for like a three feet tall robot. Chaotic white guy vibes radiate from them
Unnamed Chromewind son: the goodest boi. He and the ArceexAileron child are basically like Ryan and Shane from Unsolved when put in the same room together
I’m not sure if I’m going to give Cyclonus and Tailgate a kid bit if I did they’d be adopted.
