Here's my entry for 's Chirault/Silversmith contest.Basically, it's a cover page done in a more western design mostly because I've been working on cover designs for my own comic. Thought it would be good practice.
Personally, my favorite part of the whole thing is the logo at the top. Designed and made that one myself. The text is Caldera, the emblem thing is from the comic.
I wasn't sure what colour the big beasty was supposed to be, so I had fun with it. Would you believe it's base colour was purple?

Yep, I drew this.
It's done on a 17X11 sheet of bristol board, inked with pens, scanned, then coloured with photoshop with a few textures for the big beasty in the back.

Published? I'm currently working on a comic that'll be done in a similar style, especially the colouring. If I really do go through with it, would you maybe buy it in print (if it were affordable and you were interested in it)? (Hate to ask, but I feel nervous about that sort of stuff and am running a sort of survey to judge whether to go with it)

You won't have to buy it yet. The comic would be up here first, then printed, so you can read it before deciding to buy it. As for printing, I've got an easy printing company called Ka-Blam that I use. They're pretty stress free.
