Pffft... I got that "virus" its just a pop up add, aimed to fool people who don't even know how their own virus protection works ><
You can navigate away from it safely by just exing out and saying okay when it asks you to confirm it ^^

alt-f4 gets rid of the pop-up it sends out, then just close the window and chose the 'okay' option when the "are you sure you want to navigate away from this page" pop-up shows up P:

I just realized that we're talking about 2 different things (whooooa, am I slow or what?) I know the one you mean, where it redirects you to a site that shows a phony "YOUR PC IS INFECTED ZOMG!" message. That one has never given me any trouble; I just backspace out of it.
The one I mean is something that tries to pass itself off as a legit program, and is therefore not detected by antivirus protection. It sends out numerous "ZOMG INFECTED" pop-ups, sticks its own icon in your taskbar, and prevents any and all Internet access whilst screwing with your files. Only a System Restore has gotten rid of it for me.
