Yeah, before he died and when he hit the ground, I saw him doing this pose, so I screenshot it. The background wasn't outlook, it was during the capaign mission ONI Sword Base, right when your heading back to the base.

Well that's not a Field Marshal and yeah its a Zealot. Sometimes in the campaign, you'll see random, rare elites like these. In this mission, one will be here when you return back to base and another one will be inside the base on the upper level where you need to meet Emile. But they will show up sometimes in the Campaign.
Another rare elite are the ones called "BOB". They are the golden elites with the jetpacking armor. I spotted quite a few of them in the campaign sometimes.

Yeah, they're easy to spot on Winter Contingency when your going the path on the right. I remember one was in Tip of the Spear where you crashed down with the Falcon and he's with the other grunt with a fuel rod. Another one was in Nightfall but I wasn't sure if that elite was it but I did saw it running away and it disappeared.
