I am literally copying and pasting some of my old info on clothing with minor tweaks for time purposes since I’m going to be busy this week. I wanted to try and make sure the clothes would make sense on a species with wings on their backs without making it look like the clothes just phase through the wings. Hopefully it works but have yet to test that out. Got to find a bat first.

Kirens/ Renki (moon people/ people of the moon)
Mara’s clan. Kiren clothing is made from the animal skins in order to keep warm at night which are their active hours. Because of their mission of guarding the heart, the members use dark dyes such as blues (a very common dye picked by flowers) in order to blend into the night sky. The bronze color is actually the color of the skins that aren’t dyed. The part dyed is whitened using the Pale nuts and crushed limestone. Accessories also use scraps of furs and reinforced pieces of metal collected by chance.

Asaren (Seafarers)
This community uses little to no clothing at all due to constantly being exposed to salty waters. Clothing material is made from the same material as their fishing nets which is twining from the Pale (Pah-leh) tree leaves collected while on shore which contain a fibrous material that can be woven into string and other products. Colors are generally neutral or whatever dyes are available during their travels.

Besnetaren (domesticated earth people= agricultural people)
The Besnetaren is one of the major civilizations that have no need to travel distances for their food. As a result, their attention can be divided from survival tasks to learning artisan crafts such as weaving intricate patterns. Due to the war, certain dyes have been inaccessible. As a result, some working members have decided to use the charcoal remains to darken the main attire as a way of accentuating the dyed parts better. This has led to a cheaper way of expression although some members outside of the community may see this change as a hostile community (since red is usually seen as aggression and black for death).
