• Mythka's Monsters 2022 Field Guide •

A Collection of Beasts and Critters:
My focus for 2022 is to make a whole bunch of monsters and draw creature art. Creatures and monsters are my passion and favorite thing to make. Some of you may be familiar with something I did some time ago where I created creatures and gave them short entries, explaining habits, diet etc. I will be doing something similar this year with your help, creating new and interesting critters as well as offering up commissions of all your monstrous furry and scaly babies. As I work on compiling my old work into a book this year, I will take that knowledge and apply it to making a proper field guide for these monster entries. That's the plan fates willing
in 2022.

What you'll get?
1 full color unique design themed around your selected options.

CHIMERA CATCHER: $65
Pick any 2 animals, living, extinct or mythical as a base.
Pick a Biome (Savanna, Rainforest, Marine, Desert, Temperate Forest, Fresh Water, Grassland, Boreal Forest, Tundra, Arctic, Crystal Forest, surprise etc) (What sort of environment does your creature live in)

CRYPTID COLLECTOR: $75
Create your own monster or custom creature. Keep descriptions under 30 words.
If possible please provide bullet points when describing the design you want.
It's easier for me to refence a checklist than a paragraph. Please no humanoid
creatures, or none fantastical monsters. (experimental background)

CRYPTOZOOLOGIST: $95
Commission to have your own non humanoid original character made. Beasts, dragons, monsters,
closed species etc. Must provide full current references with working links. No written descriptions
or redesigns unless the changes are minor. (experimental background)

Animals I select for your design will complement your selected animal to add flare.

There are no call outs or suggestions on the mystery animal.

The list of biomes above is a suggestion. You are free to come up with your own magical mystical biomes.

Payments are due up front. Please provide payment by March 24th. If you need longer please let me know.

You are welcome to order multiple slots.

You will receive a high-res downloadable version for your own personal use upon request. Please ask for files after your piece if complete, and don't be afraid to ask again if I forget and I do tend to forget.

All slots are first come, first serve.

Loot will be mailed out once your piece is complete. I will ask for your physical mailing address via note once I confirm your order.

Once a new design is complete it's yours to do with as you wish. You are free to trade or sell the design or use it as you see fit. I retain rights to reproduce the original artwork only, but the character belongs to you.

Cryptid Collectors, please be sure to keep your monster descriptions under 30 words and in bullet points if possible.

Cryptozoologists, please provide working current links to your characters. Toyhouse links tend to break.
