Nancy is pretty quick to figure out that Viva is stretchy but still underestimates her. Stretched out or balled up, she's still there and ready to cause trouble for villains.

Nancy seems to have a terrible notion of everything:
Thinking her toy is unstoppable
Thinking people will surrender that easily
Thinking that someone like Viva won't be a threat to her
She certainly might be quite good with mechanics and few tasks, but as a Villain, she makes a lot of mistakes.
Then again, a higher rank Villain might indeed need for another story and other sort of ending :S.

Fire probably wouldn't have much effect on Viva, though she wouldn't like it much. It won't melt her. She's pretty much invulnerable - though she may be incapacitated for short periods she will bounce back (ha -- I made an elastic joke). Stamina is still an issue for her.

After stretching her I guess she though it would be a good idea to play with her until she regretted her existence :U
