I always liked it in the flashback episode, so for me it's part of the Chibi Vegeta uniform. It's just super random.

I think the only one ooc is bulma in the last pannel calling out that theres going to be a fight (but thats whats kids do I guess ) she was very in character in the rest of the comic. vegita and goku seem in character becaue vegita wants to rule the playground and be mr prince and goku it tryig to protect it and stop him

I was trying to keep Vegeta as meglomanical (if that's a word) as I can.

And I did think about having Goku all goofy while they're fighting but Goku always puts on his serious face when he fights!

But yeah Bulma is a bit too clingy to Vegeta (seeing as she gave him space in the series.)
But he it's probably going to get a lot worse for Chibi Vegeta as I going to get Bulma to give him a big hug/glomp if he wins! *evil lol*
