The Misadventures of Chibi Vegeta Part 9!I'm trying out something different here, I've put in a couple of the manga tones that I got from Japan. It's just a simple cut and underlay and I hope it doesn't distract from the main drawing,
Anyway, Chibi Bulma has gone beserk and I have to say I'm glad she never had any powers in Dragonball Z. She would be uber scary!
