XD; Hah... I couldn't help it. I suddenly got the urge to make a tutorial,
so I picked the easiest one that people have asked me about, "How do you do your lineart?" and it's usually referring to my chibi drawings. (
No one cares about my regular lineart. XDDD Not that I have a secret or anything. 
) Also, I was working on this drawing for my friend, so I figured why not use it for the tutorial? =^w^= 
So~, here, I hope this answers a few questions and I hope it's helpful.

::finally got PS7:: =*w*= It's so fun to make graphics in. 
(I still love my wannabe OC though. XD; )If you have any questions, feel free to ask. =^o^=!
I'll probably be following this up with a tutorial on how I CG chibi drawings using the same piccu. =^,^=
PS - XD; I'm starting to get the hang of the tutorial thing...
I could almost even make a tutorial on how to make tutorials.

XD I had to figure it out too, mostly 'cause I'm a dork and I never like reading instructions. Plus it's much more fun to figure things out on your own.
You use Photoshop, righty? I think the pen tool in OC is equivalent to a brush tool in Photoshop. (That's why I mentioned the thing about 9px in Photoshop. X3)

=X.x=;; OoOo~, if you're a mouse user you might want to use the pen tool in Photoshop. You can google really helpful tutorials on that and just type "deviantart" after, since deviants seem to have the best tutorials for the most part.

By colored lineart, do you mean like when the lineart itself is colored, or coloring IN lineart?

Oooh! Sorry I didn't make that clear. XD; You know how I said to start a new layer for the lineart? Well, once you're done with the lineart, you can either hide or delete the rough draft layer. Usually I put it on "hide" in case I need it for reference later.
