set post ME3. Shepard was found by a combined search and rescue team barely alive and was evacuated to the nearest medical facility were she went straight in to surgery. After 6 months in a coma and in and out of surgery 4 times the doctors say she could wake up any time now. since her discovery on what was left of the citadel Liara has barely left her side and has laid claim to Shepard's N7 hoodie.
Meanwhile Garrus gets some much needed sleep after returning from a week of meetings with the council, while Tali argues with the nurse over the need for the 2 Krogan body guards (Wrex and Grunt) standing outside the room in full battle armour along with Garrus being in the room with his weapon.

i think tali fails to notice that garrus is asleep. and methinks if he's been awake for a long while, he's not waking up anytime soon. so yes, the guards are necessary.

just try and stop Wrex and Grunt from guarding her. Wrex is like best friend 2 beside Garrus, and Grunt basically her Krogen son.

This should have been the "after credits" scene for ME3! Never wanted a "sunshine and rainbows" ending. Just one that gave me hope that my femshep could keep her promise to Liara. Also, brilliant work! Keep it up!

Love the set up, though dont think Shepard would be in fatigues whilst in a coma....i know you can get a model of her in her underwear similar to what Ashley wore when she was in hospital.
