Stamplate by me, texture by ~artboy2007Okay, this is a remake of my other stamp since my other one seemed too harsh, so why do I fucking hate Arizona? Because of the laws such as the immigration laws and the fact that oral sex is illegal (oral sex is illegal in 18 states), honestly, fuck Arizona and fuck Jan Brewer and Joe Arpaio.

I really think that it's a funny thing for oral sex to be illegal in 18 states when technically, sexual activity between two consenting adults is guarenteed under freedom of expression. Therefore, those laws are as bogus as a three dollar bill.
And hey, no more Arpaio. All that corruption under his watch got his ass booted out of office finally. Good riddance to rotten rubbish, I say.

I can't find when it got enacted, but it is indeed illegal in your state, which is ridiculous. How can they enforce this? That infringes on a person's right to free expression, which is a constitutional right, by the way.
In some of those states, that law was enacted well over 200 years ago because that activity was deemed indecent and spiritually immoral. Some are southern states, but I was surprised to find a liberally progressive state like Oregon prohibits it too.
Personally, I find this to be bullshit. State government has no business or right to mandate what you can or can't do in the privacy of your own bedroom.

I kind of thought the same thing. In this day and age, a law that backasswards and insane needs to be removed quickly. That is just ridiculous. As an asexual, oral sex doesn't interest me at all, but I defend the right for anyone else who wants to perform the act with a consenting partner.
