Description

I never just drag the color wheel to a darker shade when I color. Instead I use combinations of colors like this for a bright and vivid look.

uhh awful handwriting, I know :,D

*edit However shading the other way can give a more dramatic or serious feel to it.

I want to make a more advanced chart as well.. but OTL I'm not too good at explaining things.

Sounds like a good idea!

I'm not that good with explaining either, but people say that explaining things with pictures is easier than explaining with text, so since it's a chart, I don't think you'll have to explain all that much. o u o;

Very nice! Using a different color in a darker shade gives a lighting that is still colorful but more dramatic <:

I've stopped shading with black for a while.
It's tough to tell people what you mean without showing it to them simply, so it's cool to see a simple explanation of how the heck this works out there lol

I think when youre coloring your art gradually making it darker makes it look better instead of just having it one dark color, makes it look more alive ^_^

good work, by the way >3<
