I play on a BBS-style game thingit called Gaia (people may've heard of it)... and have gotten involved with an RP thread concerning Mendels, which are basically small, sentient creatures based on the elements of the periodic table. While Mendels themselves are Puchiko's idea (and Nightmare Jester's art), Silicon is my own creation, basically a hypothetical idea of what the young Mendel would look like if there were a Silicon. I based his markings on the imagery in a certain TV show...
though I bet no one recognizes it.My actual Mendel is Carbon....who looks rather like a Heartless, truth be told...

I like how Silicon's hair is made of wires, it makes sense, as silicon is used to make computer chips and...you get the point.
I'd say the mendels very much interest me, and I'd like to see yours.

nice pic, very well done, i like the motifs over his body, but for me theyre too strong, they distract you. and so i think they should be subtler but thats just my opinion. Nice tho.

kinda reminds me of rebooot, tron and (i'm reaching here) the atlantis animated series that never got off the ground. it's a really cool pic, though i guess i'm fascinated by anything with a glowy look to it
