And oh my god, this photo is so moving and brings out so many emotions, as true photography should. Her eyes are so inviting and warm, yet you can tell from the gleam that they are filled with nostalgia. I love the details in her face, each single wrinkle is so beautiful, and it does indeed show her wisdom. I love the juxtaposition of the photo of her young self and her in the present. She had the same inviting eyes back then too. I also love the vintage of the photo shes holding up, it adds such great character and mood to the photo...it completes the composition. Wonderful capture, I'm so glad that you could capture her emotion so well in this photograph.
