The units aquatic configuration is based of the unit5's transformation frame , only more simplified, in this configuration , his overall structure takes the form of a shark , giving the unit the fastest mobility in a aquatic environment . the unit's arms turn into steering fins while the rest of the body colaspes into itself. This configuration fan be further be reinforced with exterior parts, turning it into the megladon configuration , which can withstand the same pressures as the deep aquatics gear , and comes equipped with its own storage for additional parts or emergency drones ,which are used for recon or excavation work.

Nautilus is also equipped with D.R high frequency blades in his front flippers, each flipper has the same sharpness as a plier, the vibrational force also accounting to this , it allows the unit to cut through pure rock.This is different in the units battle configuration however.In battle configuration , the unit has 4 d.r High frequency blades , these blades can charge with energy and be used alternatively as tesla knuckles, producing around 3000 volts of electric energy, around the force of a mild taser .
