Trying some cooncept art for future projects, seeing crossbone "kid" pirates.

the idea is that there are these kids, sea orphans, runaways, kids of fellow pirates, all of who are kinda brought alongas kid sidekicks aboard crossbone ships, usualy tasked with small works, learning how to fix things and even brought to the mainland.

Aside from that, they are kinda gathered in this "daycare" among crossbine island, which is a enviroment which helps teach and show them the ropes of being a pirate, from climbing, geography, basic history . teaching these kids in a way that is interactive and exciting. Numerous crossbone inventors work together to create an enviroment that is helpfull for childgrowth and physical education.

at the age of 18, these kids will then get a choice to stay in the crossbines or find a path in the realworld, where they get fake identiication and are sent to live in communnities run by crossbones. it creates a interesting system.

So far, i just designed a few kids , of the hundreds of kids. also comparing these kids to four (familiar) pirates in the crossbones, it is natural the kids admire and adore thir older brothers, and try their hardest to prove themselves. Even some are interested in joining the wrestling comuity as they get older, wanring to entertainthe thousands.

the weapons their holding are all foam and wood, safety first is crucial, last thig they want is a kid to get ther eye poked out.

The idea will proberbly be expanded on when i get more feedback from the audiance,need to work out the smaller details regarding this junior recruitment program, which i suspect is a rare form of recruitment amongst the pirates
