I don't know which is which, but the female is usually the black one and male is white ._.

yang being the white half is masculine
yin being the black half is feminine

the genders in the image are opposite what they should be to truly represent yin and yang.

that's what the artist was referring to. my guess is that others have commented on the genders being wrong for the colors

I like the characters, the characters are great lol Specially the girls hair But I do agree with the critiques that just the placement and background and such are just....really bland. It retracts from the over all piece. Tweak everything else but the characters and its perfect :3

The only thing is that this commision was only about the characters xD The background was just added for the heck of it, so it's kinda ironic that so many people keep nagging me about it xD
