The great pack of Vaterum resides within a diverse territory, with grand mountains, lush forests, wide plains, and lakes and rivers that stretch into the horizon. The lands are considered sacred to the pack, and the naming of landmarks is heavily influenced by family relations, something profoundly valued in Vaterum.

Viscer Terra
(Roughly translates to 'Heart of The Lands')
The main den area of Vaterum. Nestled at the base of Concilius Petram, the main den area is a mixture of steep, rocky terrain and the beginnings of lush forest.

Mountains
Concilius Petram
(Roughly tranlates to 'Council's Rock')
A small, but prided section of mountains that shelter Viscer Terra. Used mainly as a lookout-point for scouts, but is also utilized for when the High Council meet to discuss important matters. This is also where the name 'Council's Rock' comes from.

Deux Apex
(Roughly translates to 'God's Point')
Largest mountain in the north, and also the most northern point of Vaterum (the land beyond Deux Apex is mostly used as a trading point with neighbouring packs). Sanctaits (priests of the pack) are required to climb the mountain at least once in their life, preferably before reaching the gamma rank - it is also encouraged for wolves of other ranks and tasks to scale Deux Apex.

Pater Dorsum
(Roughly translates to 'Father’s Ridge')
A large mountain range to the south-west with a harsh and unforgiving terrain, and unpredictable weather. Connects to Montem Ternis and shelters Cor Piscina, Cor Flumine, and Coelum Terram.

Montem Ternis
(Roughly translates into 'The Triplets')
The largest section of Pater Dorsum, named after it's distinct three points. You will be rewarded with a stunning view of Vaterum's territory by climbing to the top of any of the three mountains - on a clear day Deux Apex is visible on the horizon.

Fraters Humero
(Roughly translates to 'Brother’s Shoulder')
Small range of mountains on the southern side of Regina Vena.
Fletus Monti
(Roughly translates to 'Weeping Mountain')
Small mountain south of Melis Saltus - it appears to be weeping due to constant ice melt, which runs into and forms Montum Lacrimae.
Forests
Auriolus Silva
(Roughly translates to 'Golden Forest')
Massive forest spanning a large part of the middle of the territory. It's predominantly oak and beech, although evergreens are sprinkled throughout the forest as well. Alongside Venantii Collis it is a main source of food for the pack. It is named after the intense golden glow that spreads through the forest at sunrise and especially sunset.

Sacrimatu Lucus
(Roughly translates to 'Healer’s Grove')
Sparse grove of trees towards the south, this place is abundant with herbs and is often visited by the Sacrimatu (healers of the pack) to either collect, tend to, or teach apprentices about the plants and herbs.

Melis Saltus
(Roughly translates to 'Badger Glade')
Dense pine forest to the north, situated south of Deux Apex. This uninviting forest is home to badgers and other predators, such as bears. Bractos (warriors of the pack) are often sent to Melis Saltus to control that the forest is still safe - if not, the offending predator is removed, either by being chased out of the territory or executed, although the former option is preferred.

Coelum Terram
(Roughly translates to 'Heaven’s Earth')
A small patch of lush grassland at the very southern border. There's a small glade of trees in center.

Regens Lacus
(Roughly translates to 'Regent’s Lake')
A massive lake in the middle of the territory. It's impossible to see the other side of the lake if the day isn't clear and bright.

Rex Vena
(Roughly translates to 'King’s Vein')
Largest river in Vaterum. It winds around the eastern part of Auriolus Silva and leads into Regens Lacus. The current becomes lethal during spring when the ice and snow melts and runs into the river.

Regina Vena
(Roughly translates to 'Queen’s Vein')
Second largest river in Vaterum. Borders sourthern part of Auriolus Silva and joins Regens Lacus to the east and Pes De Regina to the west.

Pes De Regina
(Roughly translates to 'Foot of The Queen')
A small lake connecting to Regina Vena to the west. Is situated just south of Concilium Petram.
Mater Stagnum
(Roughly translates to 'Mother’s Pool')
Medium sized lake, connected to Rex Vena and Heredis Flovios. Also connected to Fluctus Filiae by De Geminos.
Heredis Flovios
(Roughly translates to 'Heir’s River')
Medium sized river entering Vaterum from the western border. Connected to Mater Stagnum to the east.
De Geminos
(Roughly translates to 'The Twins')
Two small streams, leave Mater Stagnum separately and merge before connecting to Fluctus Filiae.
Fluctus Filiae
(Roughly translates to 'Daughter’s Wave')
Medium forest pool, connected to Mater Stagnum by De Geminos.
Fili Undam
(Roughly translates to 'Son’s Wave')
Smallest of the three named forest pools. A favorite gathering place for the pack, especially during summer when it's used for swimming and cooling down.

(Roughly translates to 'Tears of The Mountain')
Small river of ice melt from Fletus Monti. It connects to the north side of Beta Unguis, just before Rex Vena.
Beta Unguis
(Roughly translates to 'Beta’s Claw')
A medium sized river that breaks off from Rex Vena and leaves Vaterum through the eastern border.
Cor Piscina
(Roughly translates to 'Heart Pool')
Large lake south of Montem Ternis and Pater Dorsum. Connects to Cor Flumine.

(Roughly translates to 'Heart River')
Large river that connects to Cor Piscina and leads out of Vaterum’s southern border.

Agro De Aur
(Roughly translates to 'Fields of Gold')
Large expanse of grasslands north of Heredis Flovios and Mater Stagnum.

Venantii Collis
(Roughly translates to 'Hunter’s Hills')
Hilly moorland at the base of Pater Dorsum. Cold winds from the mountains blow across the moors. This is a particularly good spot for hunting bison.

De Nigrum Palus
(Roughly translates to 'The Black Swamp')
Marshy area west of Rex Vena. This is a forbidden area for anyone except the Sacrimatu, who must be accompanied by at least one Bracto, as there are valuable herbs in this area.

This is Laur's birth-pack! He was born and grew up here, before leaving when a deadly disease ravaged the pack. Laur assumes that Vaterum is completely gone by now, seeing as most of his old packmates were infected and the cure was never retrieved.
Just to clarify, this is NOT within the Domain! It's several months of travel to the south, which is why Laur was a loner for almost a full year while traveling north towards Heyl.
