Sooo is mostly responsible for fueling the fire of my airbender kick... and she posted some head shots of her fav. charris. Well I couldn't let her be alone in that, now could I? Except... I have way too many favorite things.So, to starters, I kinda wish I had turned one of these into its own pic. X.o Oh well. But here goes my rant of fangirlism - feel free to ignore. I'm not going to bother to attempt to go into any sort of chronology. So I'll just go with the colored first.
Okay. I wasn't going to put anything shippy in here... but I couldn't help it. I had two Zutara-related pic ideas for a story I'll never end up writing and I had to take the chance to put them in here. X.o And I'll be honest. It's on my 'closest thing I have to OTPs' list despite canon.
Bottom corner dialogue:
Zuzu: "...It's cold here."
'Tara: "Mmmmhmm."
Zuzu: "I can change that..." *flame*
'Tara: *Snort* "Cheater."
Fluff for fluff's sake.
Top right? Well, title would be "This is Our World", in which Katara takes her eldest to the southern pole to properly train him as he is a water bender. This causes some political scare in the fire nation, but eh. Their worries are unfounded.
Okay. I'll also say this - I think I'm the only person in the world who actually likes Azula. I pity her in a way.
June. I. Love. This. Girl. So. Frickin. Much. Her and Nyla make me smile a lot. Kick-butt, but still with a trace of a heart. And she has a whip. SO this is why she gets two sketches.
Ursa and baby!Zuzu - I love Ursa. I love the portrayal of her of her as a nurturer and mother. I love what lengths she'll go to because of it. She rocks.
Momo- How can you not love the flying lemur?
Suki - Okay, her and the Kyoshi warriors in general. They make me cheer. But I was so happy when Suki came back to us. was good times.
Hakoda- Words cannot describe how fond I am of this character, however minor he is. I adore him to pieces. Seriously adore.
Iroh - Okay, so the quote isn't very Iroh-y. But his love for tea made me fall for the character. *points to tea mug beside her*
polar bear dog- seriously, have you seen something cuter?
Sketches-
Hama - loved her concept. Even though I SO had the concept of blood bending ('cept it was incorporated in another talent) ages ago. But it still made me cheer.
Sokka and Toph- I love them. I love their contracting personalities. I thought this would show it well. If you want to take it as shippy, go ahead. I'm not picky.
Ty Lee - <3. Period. I feel wrong for her making me smile so much, but eh.
Fang - Why? because who doesn't love dragons?
Jet - Okay. His methods stunk. But I liked the poor guy.
THe moon and sea fish - Okay I can't remember their names. But I loved that storyline and how they played into it.
Hawky -...awesome by default.

Hama: I thought it was so unfair that she got put back in prison after suffering so much! I want to write a short fanfic about Katara remembering her and taking her back to the South Pole where she belongs . . .
Sokka and Toph: Did you mean "contrasting" personalities? But they are so much alike.
Ty Lee: I've started an extensive AU involving Ty Lee joining the Gaang . . . 'cause we didn't get to see enough of the girl. :3

Hama was just... a bundle of issues rolled into one.
Honestly...I... can't even remember what I wrote about them. XD but it's a borderline for me. In some ways they're similar. A fair amount of ways. But then half the time it seems like Toph is more mature then Sokka XD which is just...sad. Even though he is one of a few who, arguably, probably matures the most throughout the series.
Ty Lee was awesome. No ifs, ands, or buts. XD Thank you. I couldn't think of their names to save my life.

Oh no, she doesn't, not at all! But at least she has age to blame for her outbursts. I'm not sure why I see it. Possibly just how much she takes control of her life, instead of duty-bound, I guess. *Shrug*

Anyway . . . some funny things I notice that are similar are their love for meat and disdain for all things mystical. Aang tries to explain to Toph about his locked chakra and Toph responds, "You know what I just heard? Blah, blah, blah, spirits, blah, blah, something about space." LOL.

HAWKY! He completely did. And then Sokka threw it in everyone's face...only for his sister to point out it's three years too late. At which, of course, he defended that he must have been avoiding a pesky dragonhawk the entire time. ^.^

Awww, no, not at all. I really don't mind Zuko and Katara. :3 Granted, I also heard there was some drama going on about the whole thing. Which I admittingly think is just ridiculous. Everybody their own opinion, which I certainly will always respect. c:
