Na razie tylko wersja angielska. Jeśli jednak ktoś z was chce abym zrobiła także wersję polską dajcie mi znać.Pierwszy raz robię coś takiego i, mimo iż zrobiłam najlepiej jak umiałam, jestem świadoma, że ma to wiele niedociągnięć. Więc jeśli widzicie jakieś błędy lub coś nie jest dla was zrozumiałe dajcie mi znać.
Z tego też powodu możemy powiedzieć, że jest to swego typu wersja beta, bo najprawdopodobniej ulegnie jakiejś większej lub mniejszej zmianie.

I was asked to do it long time ago. But I never know how to make such a tutorial. And to be honest I still don’t know.
I did it the best I could. But I’m fully aware that it’s not the best. So if you seed any mistakes (grammar etc, because my English (as you can see) is still rather poor) or something isn’t fully understandable and you want me to explain it just say.
So we can say that it’s a bit like beta version, ‘cause it’s first time I’m doing something like that and it will most likely change.
Just tell me what you think about it.

awesome technique! in the rare occasions i draw turtles i almost draw like dis, but i only have three steps cuz im lazy

No niby są tam jakieś wskazówki, ale to głównie opis tego, co jest na rysunku, więc powinnaś dać sobie radę z samymi obrazkami. Oczywiście, jeśli będziesz miała jakikolwiek problem chętnie pomogę.

Well, I think that this tutorial is showing pretty well how I’m drawing, though I’m doing it usually on the paper using pencil or crayon. Then I’m scanning it and making lineart in computer.
I’m using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 so I can use layers. Lineart is one layer. On others layers (under layer with lineart) I’m putting basic colors (every color on different layer for example on first I have skin, on another bandana and on another plastron etc.)
When I have basic color on another layer I’m marking myself where I want to have shadows. And on another layer (over basic color but under lineart) I am drawing the actual shadows in one color (usually dark red or brown). At the end I’m setting the blending mode for the layer with shadow on “multiply mode”.
And that’s all… Does it make any sense?

It made some sense. I'll have to talk to someone computer smart. But it made enough sense to a computer illiterate like me. I've tried drewing them, they're a lot harder than you would think! Hopefully I'll get better and figure out how to color them I've tried watercolor but I'll have to figure out your method. Thank you!
