Whew finally got this finished.So I suppose this techincally counts as another LOZ character, but at the same time this could easily be my own thing. Anyways meet Octavia. Originally she had first appeared in this picture over here where her name was Neri and she had a slight redesign. After awhile Tale and I had dropped it and moved onto other projects. Then this asshole came along by NeroFlare along wit the suggesstion to remake this dragon. I gave her a tweek with the help of Domestic-hedgehog and now I can finally bring you my baby girl Octavia the Dragon!
I think I'll add a short bio a little later when I'm feeling less lazy I just want to get this uploaded all nice and smooth. This took me seven hours with a new color method be hey! Barely any white pixels~

Perhaps a type of dragon of an elemental basis, Light maybe, Hyrule is full of mysteries.
I did recall that she's not, it's the "breath of my wild" imagination telling me otherwise.
Maybe it's her being a four-legged winged-dragon that's giving it away.
