You are so sweet! I have had the honor of meeting her last summer, actually(you can see some of our photos in my gallery and this video: [link] ). It was a really fantastic first encounter. Now she's a friend of mine. In a scream queen panel that weekend, Linnea Quigley pointed out that I could be her sister and, to my elated surprise, Heather agreed and said "we look so similar". You can see it in the video!
I have not showed her this costume yet, however. It's the fan favorite thus far and I'm really looking forward to showing her this weekend. I REALLY appreciate your compliments. No matter how many times I get told that, it always feels like the very first time.

That is so cool! Could you tell her I said hi and that I love her? How did you guys meet and become friends? And you are really pretty! I'm only 12, but people tell me that I have a maturity level of a 14 or 15 year old

Only 12? I would have guessed 14! I'll let her know you say hello unless you'd like to type of a message for her and email it to me by tomorrow evening. I'm giving her a book of messages from fans on Saturday.
I've been doing my cosplay for 2 1/2 years now and have been a Nancy/Heather fan for about 5 years. Heather knew what I was doing, how dedicated I was, and how excited I was about her documentary, I AM NANCY. Don't know the specifics, but she knew me when I first interviewed her over the radio last year...looked forward to meeting me face to face. Had a great weekend. Heather doesn't go on the internet but rarely, yet we've interacted quite a bit through her sister-in-law, director of I AM NANCY, and friend of mine, Arlene Marechal. I love her to death and can not wait to see her again!
