I used to be terrible at them as well. I have several sketchbooks that I dedicated to hand studies, so it's a matter of just practicing over and over again.

It was one of those "don't pick your pencil up" kind of drawings. Big pain in the butt though since the chalk wanted to smear something awful >_<
