Description
This is by no means a complete walkthrough of how fabric is drawn. There are whole books written on the subject, so I'll just settle for some general tips and tricks that I employ when I draw fabric. (This works for traditional art too! Nothing described here requires a tablet or drawing program.)
Something to note about how I deal with creases: when I sketch, I tend to make very messy lines all over the place. I pick out the ones that look the best to me and sketch those into a second, more refined sketch and eventually into the lineart. Having lots of sketchy lines to choose from helps me, but may be confusing to to other people.
If you don't know how the fabric you're drawing will fall or how the form will react to having fabric draped on it, use references! I can't emphasize how useful just a quick Google image search can be if you're having trouble. Hope this all helps! ^v^

It depends on the material. I've got a thin long-sleeve shirt that I was using as a reference while I was working on this xD

I know this is an unsolicited opinion, but I somewhat agree and disagree with you. Since the wrist is a joint, I think the fabric would move with it too; especially speaking, if itβs a longer-sleeved shirt that goes over the wrist. But maybe not as intensely as itβs shown here? Sorry for the input if it bothers you ;-;

It's all up to personal choices and style
This is just what I do and since so many watchers were asking for this, I just threw it together xD

I was worried since I'm not really the best at explaining things... and even worse is that my brain tends to work a bit strangely xD
