Just something that was dancing in my head for the past little while. I have this head canon that Jevil doesn't like to take his hat off since he's gotten used to the pressure of wearing it, thus making him feel like his brain is going to fall out unless he wears a hat. So they swapped "hats". He looks so proud of himself xD

I don't really go much for the Jevil hype as Deltarune just isn't complete yet, I can't get into the game on a deep level, so i recall seeing this and thinking "cool!" but I didn't fave it....

No worries, I understand. Deltarune may not be done, but I really like the ideas of where it could go. Personally, I'm hoping for a nice deep backstory for Jevil to arise eventually, but even if it doesn't, I love his music and his design (and that fight, oof x_x).
Right now, I'm sort of approaching Jevil how I approach Gaster. Everyone has their own interpretation of him, so no one is wrong, which makes it that much more exciting for me! ^_^
