Fell Papyrus struts in! Once again, I'm reminded of how much I need to practice drawing Papyri x_x
Papyrus arrived in Little Brook more than a little confused, but this new battlefield would not cause the Great and Terrible Papyrus to falter! He maintains a formal posture at all times and while this new world doesn't have as much fighting as he's used to, he supplements his need to exert himself with vigorous exercise, training, and work. He's also picked up critiquing movies (with his brother) and gardening (brought on by too much interaction with the big softie Asgore he works with). He still cooks of course, but has been receiving lessons from Classic Papyrus in secret.
The sight from his left eye socket has been diminishing over time, but he keeps this to himself. Only his brother is aware of the deficiency and he's not about to tell anyone. Despite this, he is an invaluable employee of Cameron Securities and is often called on to design state-of-the-art security systems and upgrade existing ones. Papyrus also takes on bodyguard duties to help break up the monotony.

Well, he's the head of his own department (in a way) and friends (?? can they be called friends?) with the big boss, so it's similar in the way. But yeah, he is a bit bothered by the lack of aggression in general. Definitely the main reason why he works himself so hard. He has to get rid of that nervous energy somehow.

Interesting him being partially blind in his left eye since I'm thinking of Handplates where Sans is blind in his right eye

I've always wondered about what kind of repercussions the damage to Fell Pap's eye socket would cause. Those claw marks are pretty deep after all. I do remember HP Sans going through a nasty experiment and losing the sight in his eye, but this is more of an "unchecked injury steadily getting worse" kind of situation.

Nah, his just hurts. His brother helped treat the injury right after it happened, so it won't continue to worsen like Pap's is. Pap's is like an injury that healed poorly whereas Sans' is just fairly "fresh" (all things considered)

HOT DAMN he's SO COOL. I love that sneering smile in the upper right corner. And he looks so cool in a button-up shirt, the shades make it all better!

Same xD I figured if he was going to smile, it'd probably be more of a sneer (and dang it was hard to get his face to contort into that. Just underlines how little the dude actually smiles lol)
Funny story about the shades. So when I was designing the character, I'd easily decided on bodyguard and security consultant and all the exercising stuff, but he felt kinda flat overall. I started playing around with his interactions (working with Asgore leading to gardening, for example) and figured out he'd definitely watch movies with his brother. Sans likes action movies and what's a good subsection of action movies? Spy and secret agent movies! And what do they wear? Sunglasses! So now he wears sunglasses to dress-up like a secret agent. He'd wear the earpiece too if he had ears xD

I hear you, drawing Papyrus' facial expressions is a challenge. He doesn't ever stop smiling in Undertale too, so Toby must go through a similar problem XD (and sorry for startling you!)
