+ ['Nuka - old reference]O_O; I'm like so freaking wired and tired at the same time. I also went on an 'all-nighter' to get this one done. GRAH. The backview just looks so horrible!! But I don't think too many people will care. lol. This new shirt design reeeaaally makes me wish she had some other tattoo or design on her shoulders. ;_; I was thinking of like wings or something but that's just way too cliche now a days. I'm just going to leave her as is. Oh, if you need a better view of her tattoo, just check out the old ref for now.
It's now kid of odd actually being able to compare 'Nuka and [Reiko's new designs] O.o? We sure are different. lol! Once I redraw the wintercoats as an optional thing, I'll get the rules and such ready to go for the contest. I sure won't get them done today since I havn't slept yet...guh. But I will as soon as I can. *shuffles slow off to my room to passout*

listening to random MTV videos in under 5hrs on August 11th, 2005.
• Then taken into PhotoshopCS for editing and such as shown above.

I love all the warm colors in her pants, they go so well with the warm colors on her fur and it just makes my eyes really happy~ Still can't get over how much I am liking the seasonal idea for the outfits. Also, I think the new hair bit, with the clip and stuff, is really cute~

wait, are these like perminant? or alternate outfits or something? because i love the other designs so much! it'd be a shame if you never drew them again. and is it just me or do nuka's eye's look a little wack?

yea there is nothing wrong. the blue eye just through me off for a sec. its good! and i'm gonna miss nuka's old pants, they were SO MUCH FUN to draw.

don't worry too much. not many people will care too much about the back view. alot of people have issues with backviews.(like me)and seem more concerned with the frontview.
her shoulders do seem to scream "tattoo me, damnit!" but don't rush in with some half decent splotch of a tattoo just to put something there. take you time to make a cool design.
i still can't wait to see the new jacket design. if the pant design is this cool, i can only imagine how amazing the coat will be.

Again, wonderfully warm colors, I always seem to like that combination for 'Nuka's skin/fur. It seems to suit her (Or your) personality in a way. (Then again it may just be me.)
With the back view? No, don't worry about it, it's true, not many people will be too bothered overall by it, however, it's nowhere near as good as the front view, probably because 'Nuka looks a bit hunched over.
And for those Tattoos? Perhaps you could give her something tribal.. If you want that is, something that starts at the base of her tail in a narrow point and crawls up her spine and blooms out over her shoulders.... Perhaps something to do with a stylized version of a tree in the fall or something? Or leaves perhaps?
I'd say keep it simple and black, she's already got lovely colors on her as it is, and you wouldn't want to ruin them with a gaudy looking marking on her back. (But the shirt does cry out for a tattoo there.)

Very nice! The hairclip and halter top are a nice touch. I love her pants with the leaves on...And the zips down the sides are a cool idea. Great colouring as usual too!

I want to say something and I hope you actually look and read my post, the back view looks fine. God has given you a talent, if you believe in him, don't every doubt your artwork because people don't like looking at art by those who do great art but don't believe it. It just looks relaxed, its not bad, its not 'horrible' if anything its a great work of art. Do you realize there are some of us out there struggling with little circular heads and lego looking people? And your drawing wonderful art like this. Nuka, I favorite your work because I love your work and because its some of the best work I've seen on here.

Drawings, paintings, can be about just anything, although I look at your drawings and I see you, the you that you think about, you want to be, I've seen some of the drawings you've done, if you wanted you could be a small, slime pale blonde with huge jugs, its like the journal entry I wrote Beauty is OUt, Gross is in, something like that. You're artwork is beautiful because its different. I've seen so many drawings on this site of just... mostly crap. It doesn't attract me to see a chick in a thong with a perfect body as much as it does as something different, new, unique, like Kittie how she has her wolverine type hair do with two long bangs hanging down the sides of her face, I guess your habbit isn't something really you can help because everything in the world is completely based and judged on looks... Its probably why so many people are judgemental about the work they do... Unless something is totally perfect you feel like there is no way to win someones approval although, to each their own. no way to completely win everybody, so why not go for those that truely see art for art and not just how straight a line is or whether the colors are being blended or shaded perfectly, but more of quality, how long it took, whether the artist truely put effort into it. Nuka, the art you put up here is beautiful and I remember months ago when you were really down in the dumps and worried that maybe your art wasn't truely appreciated, well alot of us here love your art because its wodnerful and some of the best. Just thought I would ramble on there. Heh-hehe.
