- step 8 = paint again, one more layer/coat with brown for the crest and gold for the lyre.
- step = the strings ! Use various materials according to what you have to carry of the hand : scissors, nails, rubber band, elastic for sewing, fishing wire and of course your best friend : hot glue gun !
- step 9 = cut the strings with the longer that you want (you need to cut 8 pieces). Make a knot around the piece of wood of the top ; attach them to the lyre with a point of hot glue and a nail at a regular distance inclued between 2 to 4 cm. Cut the surplus of the strings
- step 10 = paint the lyre and strings with gold paint, add coat,
and TADAA !!! you have the Goddess Lyre !!!!!!

Is it playable when you make it this way?

Narayu In reply to WaywardWarriorDesign [2015-01-21 09:23:24 +0000 UTC]

not, it's a false instrument.
But if you want a real one, or one able to make sound, I think you can try with wood and guitar strings !

yes I speak english (but not as well as I shall want )

my lyre is not a real music instrument but I think it possible to play with it in using special music strings (like piano or guitar strings) and wood for the shape.

Avec quoi tu coupes ça?

Narayu In reply to Poukini [2012-07-10 13:01:34 +0000 UTC]

Narayu In reply to Liyutiriu [2012-06-15 09:32:25 +0000 UTC]

Thanks !

Merci beaucoup
XD)
