how did you make it more defined at the end? l don't know how to describe it ;_; did you use photoshop?

I use paint tool sai to color, but that final effect were done with PS XD Just duplicate the layer of the drawing and blur the first layer (the one that is under the other)

Did you use a gradient on the hair? I looks like a tonal difference from the ends of her hair to the top? It is very nice work.

download "camstudio" its an free program(or hypercam), then just open sai or what you use to draw and select the area you want to film, when youre done open the film in movie maker and make it faster with the effects(put some music in it if you want
