Well this piece resulted from a cutscene that I saw before the second fight with this sexy demon. Ghirahim kept constantly talking about the thread between them and how he wanted it covered "crimson" in his blood. His lust to be covered in Link's blood seemed to pull me. Hell I didn't even notice at first but this guy licks his blade with every successful hit."shudders" this is not as adult as "the other" ,but I have one in the works that is just as dirty yet "acceptable by Deviant's standards heh heh. I finally get to review. I've been in a bit of a rush, but I wanted to do this when I have enough time.
It's pretty good for a quickie - I especially like the lines on Ghirahim's neck, they show his slender muscles very nicely. His hand, in contrast, is a bit odd; it's a sketch, but his forefinger is as long as his little one, so his hand looks a bit clumsy.
The smears of blood are well-placed and guide the focus to the darker parts of his face. When I looked closelyenough, I could even see the surface of his skin, that almost escaped me before. Also, I like the gloss of his hair very much, how its consistency shows when it falls over his face. His eye is plain, but every bit like the original.
What confuses me while looking at it is the complementary contrast between the turquois and the red in the background. These colors distract the viewer a bit; however, the diamond is rather small, so the effect is not disturbed much.
I like the plain background, it matches the title, for he doesn't say 'closeR' but 'close'.
