André: André’s depute was in Rayman 3 where he served as the main antagonist of the game who fantasies of taking over the Glade of Dreams and the entire world and was actually so close to achieving his dream before being vored by Globox and spent a great majority inside his stomach as Rayman and Globox look for the doctors to get André out. Once he finally got out, he made an alliance with the champion Reflux to help him get the power of the god Leptys. When Rayman scared the Black Lum Lord back into a Red Lum. In Hoodlums’ Revenge, The Hoodlums kidnapped Globox and soon the ghost of André possesses Globox acts rude towards Rayman. After Rayman defeated the Reflux clone, André’s spirit flies out of Globox.

He wears a big black hat, a black leather coat with some dark fur on them, black leather mittens with metal spikes on the knuckles, and his eyes glow red.

Personality: André is described as a very mean, rude, and obnoxious person. He is cruel, vulgar, short-tempered and he will go to a fit of rage if some shit went down or gets crossed. He is depraved of others and acts violent towards them, most notably Globox whom in Rayman 3 after accidentally being swallows André, The Black Lum forces the big blue frog to drink plum juice which he is very allergic to. He enjoys causing chaos and destruction and loves watching things burn to the ground. Another one of his acts of sadism is where he throws his fellow Hoodlums with no regard for life at Rayman when he was escaping the original Hoodlum Headquarters. He has intense feelings of three people, Raynan, Murfy, and Globox, a majority of which is wanting to punch them in the face or slit their throats and often throws out insults at anyone he doesn’t likes like Rayman who he calls “Big Nose”.

And while he’s not really homophobic like his father, he is claustrohomophobic. So whenever he encounters gay guys in tight places like elevators and whatnot, he would scratch on the walls, take deep breaths, bang the door, and even scream at them to stay away from him before turning back to being nonhomophobic in an instant when he gets out. Despite this, he actually does have some positive traits to him and has a bit more to the annoying little fly than being just a cruel hysterical boss who’s cold to his Hoodlums. Even though he’s not the kindest to his workers, he does pay them fairly well. He does have a handful of people who he genuinely cares for: Toots, their daughter, his family, and Reflux who loved as an older brother. Not to mention he does have some moral principles like playing by prison rules as he despises not only the Goblins but anyone who prays on young vulnerable people such as children. He even believes you shouldn’t hit women but says it’s okay if you’re trying to get from point A to point B like when punched a Ludiv out of the way to get to the Heart of the World. The Red Lum was at first confused by this but was also amused at the same time as he watched the shadows change into a variety of creatures from a rabbit, a flying pig, a toad, to a monster which made him scream like a banshee.

When he tried to ask another Red Lum what has happened to him, he accidentally touch him, turning him into a Black Lum as well. Founding this new ability at his fingertips, he feels this sense of power coming from within and soon sets off to turn all the Red Lums into Black Lums and start an invasion of his own to destroy the Heart of the World. During his reign at Hoodlum HQ. André was just outside the balcony when he notices someone oddly familiar… it was Toots! In a new look with her Black Lum form along with a more cocky attitude. But change didn’t really matter, he was just happy to his old friend again and the two Black Lums gave each other a hug. André told Toots about his past relationships and Toots did the same about how her since deceased ex-boyfriend Kyle emotionally abused her until she killed him and moved to another island called Bellbalt Atoll where she became a Black Lum and heard that her he was invading the Glade of Dreams and even learned a few cool moves like gunslinging and acrobatics as she demonstrated them when she turned into her Hoodlum form. They would form an unbreakable bond when they realize they have feelings for one another. Years after the events of Rayman 3 they got reunited once again and soon married and built a new headquarters in the desert region of Bellbalt Atoll.

They would have fun in the snow where André teaches Reflux what snow is, destroy random shit, and even have Reflux hang out with him and his best friend Toots where they all watch movies together and play drinking games. The look on Reflux’s face was priceless when he saw moving pictures for the first time and asked what kind of magic is this. Him and Reflux would continue to be friends. But perhaps they were more than just friends… possibly even more like… brothers.

Likes: André likes to cause havoc and destruction. His go-to drink is plum juice (just as long as it’s fermented), he loves his wife and daughter, he has admiration for his Hoodlum army and relishes in terrorizing the Glade and its inhabitants.
