Not in every episode. Season 3 had a surprising lack of her, for example. Most of the fanbase noticed this as well, and was afraid that Derpy was gone forever - and the staff themselves purposely didn't put her in the beginning episodes of Season 4 so that she could have a comeback in episode 7, as far as I know.
So yes, not every episode.

I think I tried to make her eyes a little derp, but it's a bit hard when she's looking at such a small point. I figure that her eyes can focus sometimes anyway. XP Most of the time I derp her eyes though.

Haha, that was just part of the image. :3 For ponies I rarely ever use the cross lines. Much more often with humans. But in this case it was just to make it look more sketchy. XP
