FEBRUARY 17th, 2012:"Rainbow Dash, I wanna go home!" Teary eyed Derpy Hooves stared up at her friend, who was barely visible through the pouring rain.
"It's too late to go back!" She shouted in reply, "C'mon, we HAVE to push through this!"
Just a little something I whipped up. Thinking about writing about this, because it's a dream I had recently.
ANYWAY, this picture took me FOR-FUDGING-EVER. I started last night, and worked for a little bit on this, but I had to stop somewhere... In the middle of doing Rainbow's line art, I think.
I started up again this morning, and it's FINALLY FINISHED. It's 9:38pm right now, so I finished around 9:30 I guess. And I woke up around 9 - 9:30 this morning, too. I started working on it a bit after I got up, too. I took a few breaks, but all in all I spent at least 9-10 hours on this. I was estimating 12 hours in total, but to be honest I really don't know.
In other news...
I CHEATED A LITTLE BIT... I used a brush preset for the clouds and the rain and the green land back there.
Other than that, I'm quite proud of myself! There's so many layers in the photoshop file...
OH WELL...
I hope you guys like it, once again.
Edit: HEY!! Turns out, this is my 100th deviation!! ;D TIME FOR CELEBRATION.
March 4th, 2012 EDIT: Okay, so... I guess on this new account o' mine, it's not my 100th Deviation anymore, but... XD That's okay. It was my original 100th Deviation. I'm not moving all my art over though, and I realize that around half of my art is already not staying. D: Oh well though. You guys have to re-favorite your favorite stuff on here, if you already fav'd stuff on my old account that's moved here. Because it's going to be deleted off of my Caramell-Dansen account once it's done being moved... D:

It was some interesting dream about Rainbow Dash running away from Ponyville for some reason, I think, and Derpy wanted to follow. She didn't like the idea at first, but in the end Derpy just kept following her so she let her along. So they went through quite a bit together.

Yeah, I know. :3 I'd love to write about this at some point. Either that, or a friend of mine might help me make it into comic instead. Either way, it'd be nice to get it out someday.

X3 Yeah, I did it with a mouse. I've been drawing with a mouse for years, and I've never used a tablet (except once for about 5 - 10 seconds when a friend showed it to me) so I've just gotten used to it, but... It's not that hard to use a mouse when Photoshop has handy tools like the Pen tool. :3 The pen tool has become my best friend, lol.
XD I don't know what is and isn't cliche because I haven't read too many fanfics, but I'll do what I can. It would be fun to make a comic. One other project I'm working on is an MLP/Soul Eater cross-over. o-o' It's been done, but I thought it'd be interesting and fun to work with.

Yeah. :3 I was making a whole story on it, and it was getting pretty good. Part of me was going to include the whole "Derpy replacement issue" in it, but I don't know if I will... I'm sooo tempted to, though, because it'd make a better story.
Anywho, if I actually manage to finish the story, I'll try posting it here on DeviantArt perhaps. :3
