Description A quick note on the hand/foot simplifications: they are, clearly, not precise anatomical references...though for learning's sake I'd suggest looking up and drawing from several photo refs. However, I find it easier to grasp the anatomy of these parts when breaking them down as shown (hand into palm/fingers/thumb and foot into foot-triangle-thing/toes), and hope it can be of use to you as well.

Another general tip: have a clear idea of what you want to communicate before you start drawing. Right now it looks like you just kinda started and stuck her limbs in randomly for the sake of having them there. We want to communicate more than just the character being there. How is she feeling? What is she doing? By thinking about these, you can have a sort of guide for how you can pose your character, leading to stronger, clearer, more appealing poses and avoiding "random-limb-itis".

Keep practicing!

Ah, thank you very much!

I tried again using what you said and I think I did way better.

That's quite a difference between the new version and the old version. The new one has way better anatomy.

Well, yes, that's the point of a redline. To help the artist see where he or she can improve by drawing more accurate anatomy over the original.
