just a quick test out on Idle,Run,attack and damage Sprites.Terry Bazooka is a very old Original character of mine who has appeared in multiple comics I did in the past(6 years ago). he was one of my first stupid robot villians. well having bazookas for his mouth and hands was a stupid design back then, his legacy lives on and finally for the first time, in flash and revamped slightly.
BTW, not Game in the making, just showing to people that I am able to do such stuff.

ALSO, I just noticed her feet slight when she's holding still. I thought for a second it was just the style of the animation but the man on the right is not having this issue. Consider having her foot hold still and knee bend like you have the guy on the right doing.

perfect! only I think they should jump back to their positions rather than run back, or maybe dash along the ground (ala megaman)

its attatched at the side of her clothes. and you dont want to have animation of her picking out the sword and slashing, that will be a slow lag time.

Hey maybe a bit too much flash in the attack; too long. I don't know about what you have in mind for this exactly but, I'd suggest cutting down the crazy dying guys down by half a loop if you know what I mean. It looks great and all but theres too much reppetition and it gets to me sometimes...
...it's them drugs I tell ya, they be giving me seizures.

reminds me of that game called Inuyasha : Demon Tournament... Nice flash. It WOULD be nice to see a game with these sprites.

I like the damage animation
I do wonder about her turning around to go back to her spot... I mean, I would think that she wouldn't want to show her back to the enemy, but it's not important really...
It would be good for a flash spoof of a game (like not a game, but a flash that had scenes like you were watching the game be played)

Very smooth movements, I like it. Something's bugging me about the blue haired chick, the eyes are off or something. The one closest to the viewer I believe is the one bothering me, the iris/pupil/eye should be bigger. But overall, everything's looking good

And the pupil should be a bit bigger. But hey, that would be a lot of trouble to fix at this point I suppose.

I think I see what you saw... notice one pupil takes up 50% of the eye, and the other takes up 90%.
It looks like it was meant to be because of the angle but the actual shape of the pupil is different. (this is more obvious in high res one)

Not totally- now that I've had a closer look I think I've figured it out. The highlight in the eye is coming from the right, but the one on the far side has a bigger highlight than the one closest to the viewer, where the light should hit the hardest. Perhaps you did that because the hair would be covering it up, but it makes it look wrong.
